Fitness Boot Camp that is and it has nothing to do with boots!
I’ve just joined a Fitness Boot Camp to challenge myself and from what I hear it’s definitely not designed for your average lightweight G-Ma! Well... we’ll just see about that! Bring it on and put me to the test!
Not Your Average Boot Camp is a 45 minute carefully planned resistance training routine, that allows you to complete a total body workout in a short amount of time because the intensity is greater than what you would normally achieve in a longer, more drawn out, lower intensity workout. It’s 45 minutes of Total Body Fat Blasting exercises with great tunes, great people, and great vibes in the great outdoors.
Follow my progress to see how I’m surviving. My first Boot Camp session will be on Saturday morning November 22, 2008 and I’ll post back to let you know how I did... Good, Bad or otherwise... Ugly!
